Pioneer Ridge Bed & Breakfast
What a wonderful weekend.....it was so great to relax and be with friends, and get in some exercise.
This is Mary and Jan....our instructors for the weekend!
Michele is in the red and Melissa is on the bottom "down dog" and Mary is spotting.
This is Scottie in the pink and HOLY COW, what she is doing looks soooo easy, but man that is sooo hard. I need to build my upper body before I try that again. It's another way of doing a handstand. WOW!I will post more later, I am running out the door.....
